1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the betin platform and all services operated under it. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user ("you") and betin ("we", "the platform").

By registering, logging in, or using any service on betin, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use this platform.

These Terms must be read together with betin's Privacy Policy and other related policies. Both documents together form the complete legal framework of the platform.

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

When opening an account on betin, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms. Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all of them may be closed.

2.2 Account Verification

After registration, a KYC (Know Your Customer) process may be carried out to confirm your identity. This process may require you to submit your National ID card, passport, or another government-issued identity document. betin may request additional verification documents at any time.

2.3 Security and Password

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the betin support team immediately.

2.4 Updating Your Information

If your personal details change (mobile number, email, etc.), update your account promptly. betin will not be responsible for any complications arising from outdated information.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

All betin services — casino games, slots, sports betting, and any money-related activity — are available only to persons aged 21 or above (21+). Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

betin may request age verification documents at registration or at any point afterwards. If you fail to verify your age, betin has the right to suspend your account. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, all deposited funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for any method). Any amount within the limits set by betin may be deposited.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Your account must be fully verified before you can submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the deposit. To withdraw a bonus balance, the associated wagering requirement must be met.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus you must place bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000.

5.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

betin offers various regular promotions, including:

• Weekly betin Reload — 30% of deposit, up to ৳3,000, wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳500. Can be claimed once per week on any working day.
• betin Cricket Festival Bonus — 50% of deposit, up to ৳5,000, wagering 20x, applicable to cricket bets only, can be claimed once per month.
• betin Weekend Fun — 40% of deposit, up to ৳4,000, wagering 15x, once during the last two days of each week.
• betin Birthday Gift — up to ৳1,500, wagering 10x, once per year during your birthday month.
• betin Refer a Friend Reward — up to ৳2,000, wagering 12x, once for each successfully registered friend.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

A bonus is not cash under any circumstances. To withdraw winnings from a bonus balance, the applicable wagering requirement must be fully met. betin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. betin's decision on any bonus-related matter is final.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 General Game Rules

All slots, live casino games, fishing games, and other games available on the betin platform have their own rules. It is your responsibility to read the rules of a game before playing it. betin may impose restrictions on using certain bonuses in certain games.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error or malfunction occurs during a game, betin reserves the right to cancel that game round. Winnings or balances displayed incorrectly due to a technical error may be corrected. betin's decision is final in such situations.

6.3 Software and Providers

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

betin accepts bets on cricket, football, and other sports. A bet is considered valid only when the system fully confirms it. Incomplete bets due to disconnection or technical issues are not valid.

7.2 Odds and Changes

betin reserves the right to change the odds on any event. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that time apply — subsequent changes will not affect it. betin reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

7.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, bets placed on that event may be voided and the original stake returned. If the event does not resume within a specified period, it will be considered cancelled.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

betin may temporarily or permanently suspend or close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or misconduct
• Operating multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or attempting to exploit the system
• Providing false information or identity fraud
• Use of unauthorised automated software
• Instructions from a legal or regulatory authority

Any applicable bonus balance may be cancelled upon account closure. The account balance may be temporarily held during an investigation.

9. Limitation of Liability

betin makes every effort to keep its services reliable, but is not liable for the following:

• Internet connection or device-related issues
• Errors by third-party service providers
• Unexpected technical failures or server downtime
• Loss caused by negligent handling of your information
• External hacking or cyber attacks (where betin had taken appropriate security measures)

In no circumstances will betin's maximum liability exceed the amount of the specific transaction in question.
